Refund policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase, if not here is how you can return your items:

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 7 days from the date you receive your order. A request to return your items after 7 days of receiving your order will not be accepted.
  • All items must be returned in the same condition that you received them, with all their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.
  • Once we have received your item, it will take up to 14 days to process your return. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.
Please note: Return postage fees are to be covered by the buyer.
To start a return you must contact us at Contact@Romeelashop.com so we can send you the returns address. In your email, please include the following:
  1. Full name
  2. Email 
  3. Order number
  4. Items you wish to return

Items eligible for return

Earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. All other items are returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

How we handle your order

Items are thoroughly inspected by our shipment team before being carefully packaged, therefore we are not responsible for the package once it has left our warehouse.
Orders can not be cancelled as we aim to process and ship them out to you in a quick and efficient manner
We guarantee a high-quality and long lifetime on our products given the proper care is taken to maintain your jewellery

Free items with your order
Please note: Free items in your order as part of our 'Buy 2 get 1 free' or 'Buy 1 get 1 free' deals must be returned if one of the products is being returned for a refund.
