Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address at checkout as this will result in the parcel being sent back to us and will delay you from receiving it. Please note that in this case we may charge a fee for postage.

Last mile deliveries may be impacted in some postal areas and countries, please check with your local courier for updates before ordering as your parcel may be severely delayed if your area is impacted.
UK Shipping
We offer FREE standard tracked 48 hour UK shipping for all orders. Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping
We offer tracked standard international shipping for all countries, please ensure your country is able to receive packages from the UK. Please allow 3-17 working days to receive your order once your order has been shipped.
International shipping prices can be selected during the checking out process based on region.

International tracked standard shipping to the rest of the world- £10.70

Pre-Orders
Please note, if there is an item in your order which is a pre-order, all the items will be shipped together in one parcel. Therefore, the delivery time frame is that of a pre-order.

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing your order. If you missed this deadline and your order is yet to be shipped, please contact us as soon as possible here.
