Yes! If you're not happy with your purchase we offer quick and easy returns. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order.

First and foremost, when you're not glammed up or diving into your adventures, we recommend giving your jewellery little breaks and storing it in your ROMEELA pouch (included in every purchase for every item for free).

When possible, avoid contact with harsh chemicals such as bleach, perfume, sanitizer, hand cream etc. We also recommend removing jewellery during activities such as exercising as sweat can cause the jewellery to oxidise. Lastly, we recommend taking it off when sleeping

Please note: you can still wear our jewellery in the shower and do all the above, and it will still be okay. However, if you'd like to keep your precious pieces for years to come, these tips can increase its longevity and keep it sparkling longer.

Yes! Our 925 Sterling Silver and Stainless Steel jewellery come with a 1-year warranty. Our Brass jewellery comes with a 60-day warranty. For our full warranty policy, please click here.

Our jewellery will NOT turn your skin green! We use premium 925 Sterling Silver, Stainless Steel, or Brass to craft our jewellery (depending on the design). These are nickel-free and lead-free (which is what causes green skin from jewellery). Rest assured, you can wear our jewellery worry-free!

Although we use the highest quality materials for our jewellery, it is normal for fashion jewellery to experience wear and tear over time. It could either be that the plating has worn off, or that the jewellery may have oxidised and just needs a little clean.
